WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The total working hours are 12 including 2 hours break for
meal , (Actual work hours -10 hours )
The company work is in two shift
one night shift of Marketing department is from 00;00 am to
12;00 and the HR department work from 12;00 to 24;00
If there was work load or pressure so the related department
can provide sometime refreshment for the employees.
The shifts of the work will be decided by the company.
Training period; ( Salary 10000RMB )
Training will be provided for the first month to Employees , so
the first month will be a trial period and there will be no load
of target on the employees if he or she performed well in the
first month so it will be there own advantage.
LIVING ENVIRONMENT
The Accommodation will be provided by the company.
The Dormitory will have maximum 4 to 8 people in a room .
The room contains all basic facilities including Air conditioner ,Hot water , Cold water , washing Machine and other basic facilities in the room will be provided by the company.
If employee get promotion he can have a special room with only one roommate.
Our new building is under construction so we will update it
soon then the company will relax the number of employees in each room
The company provides food 4 times a day。
The company will provide you a card you have to swap that
card and then you can eat.
The company provide two meats and 4 vegetables in every
meal including fruits twice in a week .
The company have a separate section for Muslim halal food.

The company is located in a huge industrial park which also
includes multiple number of Chinese companies with more
then 20 thousand employees.
The area includes Super markets, shops

Customer Screening Specialist
The main job is to use a variety of social software
to communicate with some customers in Europe,
ask for basic age, name, what kind of work and
other information, as long as it meets our
standards, then transfer the customer to the
business department, the work is relatively simple,
only It is enough to pick 2-3 eligible customers
every day.
The data of costumers and investors will be
provided by the company. The Employee will not go and find costumers or investor to find for the
company.
Business development and promotion
The main job is to conduct online chats with qualified
customers, and then gain their trust, invite customers to invest
and mine block-chain cryptocurrency, tell customers the
proportion of investment profit, and be responsible for
maintaining good relationships with customers after
customers invest. Emotions, follow-up customer investment
has a special broker to dock and maintain good relations with
costumers, approaching a rich costumers parties and try to
convince them for investment in our company platforms.
